MWCDC Recognized for Business District Master Plan

The collaborative effort by Pashek Associates and the Mt. Washington Community Development Center to create a master plan for our business district was recognized by e-mail newsletter, Pop City in its February 6th issue.
Greg Panza, MWCDC Program Manager, was interviewed and he noted the role our community played in crafting this visual map that will help to guide future development.

What happened at the 2/11 meeting/presentation?

It was reported that Pashek presented their 95% completed proposal to the community and committee. They asked for a last round of input and will take the latest round of community notes to create the final draft. After that it will go to committee for approval and finalized. Everyone was very pleased with the work that the committee and Pashek Associates have put into this vision plan for the future of Mt. Washington.
Now that this phase is nearly complete, it’s time for action and fund raising to get some of these great ideas implemented.
