I love the green aspect of this parklet, but I do miss the rocking chairs.

Someone from the CDC would have to confirm this, but I believe that the rocking chairs were being destroyed and had to be removed.

That’s a nice piece on Pop City but I would have to take issue with the author stating the corner was “once blighted.” I thought the little parklet and fireman-with-child mural was nice. I wouldn’t call it blight.
