From the ViewPoint:

Thanks to the vision and support of Burt Hill Architects, the Charles Lewis Memorial Park on the corner of Shiloh St. and Virginia Ave. has begun a transformation to be complete by Memorial Day Weekend. Plans include creatiing a sustainable garden that collects rain water and filters it before returning it to the rivers. It is a practice being implemented around the world ultimately resulting in cleaner rivers, streams and drinking water.

Volunteers will be needed on the weekends throughout the month of May to help plant, ans spreadmulch. For more information contact Greg Panza at gpanza@mwcdc.org or by calling 412-481-3220.

Can anyone tell me something about Charles Lewis? Apparently this has been named after him.
