You can't be a Pittsburgher and not argue about who has the best wing night in town. Let's make this for Mt. Wash only though.
I vote for Kaib's and in fact, I'd argue they have the best wings in all of Pittsburgh. They're a little on the small side, but that “Kaib's sauce” is just unbeatable.
Who do you vote for?

I agree the sauce is the best! We used to go there on wing night, do they still have that? We stopped because the place was not very clean. Someone said the it was was “remodeled” is that true? But, unless they recently had a major clean-up inside, Kaib's probably would not get a passing grade from the health dept!

They have replaced the floor with new ceramic tile and done some other work, but I think they still have a way to go. Some cleaner, brighter paint would help! I still like the place.

I like Niko's wings. Again, a bit on the small side, but they're the only place that can get them hot enough!!!

I still think Redbeards has the best wings, but not on Wing Night. On night they are just too busy and don't cook them properly and skimp sometimes on the sauce (not on purpose but just to make sure everyone gets their food on time). Any other day of the week they have the best wings and the best variety of flavors and they are huge… all the time.
I think if something like Quaker Steak would come up to the mount they would win hands down.
