ThatDude: This is what I'm worried about. Does anyone know who the people are that are running this business.? Sorry Victor, but these days we have to be really concerned about what opens in our neighborhood. Which building is 28 Southern Avenue.

It looks as though 28 Southern Avenue is the end building in that little cluster of buildings on the high end of Southern. From Sonny's Place . . . walking in the direction away from Parkvale Savings Bank . . . it looks like it's right along there where the dance studio used to be. There might be a karate studio nearby. It's not as far down as the vacant Mt. Washington Pharmacy on the corner of Southern and Natchez. I wonder what's going to become of that place??

If you are asking about the old Mt washington Pharmacy at the end of southern (right at the intersection of Natchez) it is being renovated by a local … I dont want to put anyone on the spot - so I wont name names, but i know for a fact that thaewhole space is being worked on … retail on the first floor apartments above.
All locals involved (a neighbor of mine is one of them) and — this part is heresay - I;ve heard the owner is quoted as saying the he's got a lot of $$ into this place, and they are some of the nicer apartents he has done
GOOD NEWS!!

Sorry for the delay in my response, I'm new to this site and thought I would get an email if anyone lesft a post. Anyway, it is not a pawn shop. Vintage objects are technically any object over 20 years old. I am more interested in vintage video games like Nintendo, Atari, etc., clocks and watches, some glass ware and other gadgets. I've lived on Boggs Ave. for the past 3 years and am also concerned for our neighborhood. I would like to become active with this site and other community events and would appreciate any comments or suggestions about our new shop. The grand opening is this Friday (Aug 1st), but I am going to try to be there most of the day each day this week. So, please stop by and have a look.
Thanks,
Victor

The shop has been open for 2 weeks now. I want to thank everyone that has stopped in and invite everyone who hasn't visited yet. I have new things on display almost every day so come by and have a look. If I don't have what you're looking for, I'll be happy to take requests and try to find it. I look forward to seeing you
