Hi all - maybe we can start to use this form (so as to remain anonymous) and still report suspicious activity.

Thanks this will be very useful and yet another way to report things.

So I'm counting 4 ways to report things that go on in the 15211:

  1. Call 911
  2. Call 311
  3. Call your councilperson's office
  4. Fill out this new form on the City's website
