This morning while I was leaving my house for the daily walk to work, I saw a guy around my age (early 20's) on grandview squatting down and then looking around, squatting down again. I live close to St. Mary of the mount so it was the portion of grandview across from the church and it looked like he was “tagging” a trash can. When I got across the street, he walked quickly down to where the stoplight is at the top of PJ McCardle rd. He was wearing big DJ style headphones, dark hair, and he was wearing what looked like a long length peacoat that was dark in color, probably Black or Dark Gray. I am almost 100% positive it is the so-called artist that is tagging everything with the words “fade”. I hope this helps.

Fade… is by far one of the worst taggers I've ever seen, he (or she) is not being very imaginative or creative at all, but what is to be expected from a failed wanna-be artist?
