Awesome…I understand the residents concerns who are living next to this development as they are all valid. I am hoping that the developer and engineers take this into consideration when constructing this great addition to the Mt. Washington area.

Hope this becomes a win win situation for all involved and I believe it could be and hope it will be–as for sure we need jobs. It is, of course, important to respect the concerns of the residents who are directly involved in the immediate area of construction and close by.
I am in favor of a celebration for any reason.
