this guy needs to get his ass in gear. think of how much property values in the surrounding areas will increase if these properties get moving.

Unfortunately, people have been looking into how to force his hand for years and years. As long as he pays his taxes and shows some intent to develop (which from what I understand entails shoveling some dirt around a few times a year), then he can sit on that property forever.

Does anyone know anything about past projects beside the Inn in Monroeville? Just curious…
Website just shows the project on Grandview that has been sitting for years…
BellaVista (the other condo) or whatever it is on the otherside of Grandview’s website doesn’t exist…

CTRN and All,
Cozza had a contract to build big box pharmacies. He built the Rite Aid on the corner of Forbes and Murray Avenues, the Eckerd on the corner of Nobles and Brownsville Road, and another one on Castle Shannon Blvd. Cozza also built and lived at 219 Grandview Avenue. I can’t remember any others at this time.

I think Mr. Cozza’s developments were mentioned in some of these articles.
