Mt. Washington Teen Curfew… USELESS???

The Post Gazette is reporting today that the curfew set recently for Mt. Washington (and other areas) are pretty much useless since they have nowhere to send the violators of this curfew.
Budget cuts shut down the center for curfew violators… go figure.
